The failure points with human teams are the same with agents. I’ve seen AI make the exact same mistakes developers make. I’m successful because I know how to prevent these problems and build performant and durable systems.
My core speciality is in how I do context & harness engineering. I take a rigorous and consistent approach that tightly defines the perimeter around AI. Without this perimeter, AI will inevitably drift, resulting in security issues, specification deviations, buggy code and token waste.

The most important thing to know about me is that I'm a technology polymath. I model complex systems in my head across multiple dimensions - technology choices, architecture, dev concerns, testing, devops, management, security, reliability, failover, customer needs and management goals. This gives me my unique ability to design, build and fix systems of all shapes and sizes, and which stand the test of time.
When it comes to AI, skills like mine are more imperative than ever. Agents are great and I use then daily, but they can act like idiot savants. They need to be ring-fenced by an intelligence who can model the big picture and keep them operating at peak efficiency. That's what I do.
